How long does a tattoo session last?
At Mincu Tattoo Studio, artwork is never rushed. It is important for tattoo artists to take their time, to capture every minute detail of the design, however big or small. So, the session time at the studio will vary depending on your design, where you’re getting the tattoo and the size of the piece. Mary will be able to advise you on approximate timings, once you have had an initial consultation.
How long will my tattoo take to heal?
Generally, tattoos take 3 to 4 weeks to fully heal. After getting your tattoo you will be given full aftercare information. You should follow Mincu Tattoo Studio advice to ensure that your tattoo heals quickly and properly.
Does it hurt to get a tattoo?
Everyone has a different pain threshold and tattoos can hurt more in some areas than in others. Some of the most painful locations are on the ribs, over superficial bones or on the inside of the biceps. Mincu Tattoo Studio always recommend that clients “expect the worst” – that way they may be pleasantly surprised by how painless it can be!
How much does a tattoo cost?
The price of getting a tattoo depends on several factors, such as design, the size of the artwork, the details, the colours used and even your skin type. To get a more accurate quote, it is best to contact Mincu Tattoo Studio, to ask your artist for an estimate on price.
How can I figure out what tattoo to get?
Whilst nobody knows you better than you know yourself, Mincu Tattoo Studio highly recommends looking on Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration and saving ideas of the types of tattoos you like. This means you can share these with Mary to allow her to come up with a design that is completely unique to you.
How much does a custom tattoo design cost?
It depends on the size of the area, your skin type, and how detailed the negative-space design is. Most large pieces take multiple sessions, which I map out during consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
